Date: February 2
Location: Virtual roundtable
In this first roundtable of the year “DITA, beyond PDFs”, Fabrice Lacroix, our CEO and other experts will discuss the implementation of innovative solutions in the age of dynamic publishing, personalization and chatbots.
Date: March 9 – 10
Location: In-person event, Stockholm, Sweden
At this conference, international experts will discuss trends and current topics in the field of technical communication. The focus this year is on User Experience. If you’re a technical writer, information developer, technical communication manager or content architect, this event’s for you.
Fabrice Lacroix will talk about trends in documentation in a session called “The Forthcoming of Social and Semantic Tech Doc”. He’ll discuss how the evolution of the Web over the last 20 years and its major shift from static to social will have an impact on technical doc.
We’re also planning to attend the Copenhagen edition in September! More on that later this year!

Location: In-person event, Tempe, AZ
ConVEx will be back as an in-person event this year! The conference, a replacement to DITA North America, DITA Europe and Journeys for 2020, had been held virtually the last couple of years. Organized by the Center for Information Development Management (CIDM), the event will invite content leaders and creators to share their experiences of developing content strategies across their organizations.
We will host two conferences on May 3rd and May 4th on the following themes:
- Robots Writing Doc: Automate ContentOps
- Towards Social and Semantic Technical Documentation

Location: In-person event, New Orleans, LA
The LavaCon Content Strategy Conference started in Hawaii (hence the cool name) to help organizations leverage state-of-the-art content technologies. The conference is a gathering place where content professionals share best practices and network with peers.
Last year’s event featured keynote speakers such as Rob Marsh, Content Designer at Netflix, Stacy Gordon, UX Content Strategy Manager at Google and of course, our very own Fabrice Lacroix! This year’s conference will be focusing on “Connecting Content Silos Across the Enterprise.”

Location: Hybrid Event
TCWorld is the world’s largest technical communication conference.
The conference brings together hundreds of technical communication leaders to discuss, challenge, and learn about innovation in our cross-disciplinary environment.
Last year, topics of discussion included Artificial Intelligence in Technical Communication, Authoring Systems, Content Management, Documentation Software, User Experience, and Intelligent Delivery of Information. Over 175 live conferences took place, both in English and German. There were also two technology days which included exhibitor’s presentations and panel discussions. You can read our recap just here.
