Our continued success and growth require a Software Test Engineer to join the team.

You will be part of the Product Knowledge team. The team is in charge of validating major features for its flagship product Fluid Topics, across our development teams, managing the evolution of quality from a global standpoint, as well as designing guides, release notes, and translations.

As part of the Product Knowledge team, the Software Test Engineer will:

  • Design the test strategy and organize test campaigns using the appropriate methodologies,
  • Run manual functional tests and exploratory tests, perform regression testing and report bugs,
  • Work with Product Owners and development teams to plan/validate User Stories acceptance criteria,
  • Monitor quality parameters by observing risk factors based on impact and probability of occurrence of bugs,
  • Evaluate the need for automation of current tasks and if necessary, participate in their implementation,
  • Collaborate with other members of the Product Knowledge and Customer Service teams to ensure the quality of the documentation and information available to users,
  • Evangelize around testing and quality to other teams.

Essential required skill set and experience

  • A minimum of 2 years work experience as a Software Test Engineer,
  • Ability and autonomy to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously,
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and principles,
  • Good team player, strong relational and communication skills,
  • Experience in test automation of a web application will be a plus,
  • ISTQB certification and an interest in security testing would be a plus,
  • Full professional skills in English required (oral and written),
  • Technology savvy, business-driven and customer oriented,
  • Passion for technology and innovation!
