Fluid Topics, our flagship product, is a Content Delivery Platform that revolutionizes how technical documentation and product information is published and accessed for Customer Support and Field Maintenance activities. We sell our software solution to large corporates through a SaaS subscription model. Our clients are mostly international (North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia), and we work with a strong ecosystem of partners and integrators.

The Role

As we are accelerating our growth, we are looking for a talented Content Marketing Manager to contribute to Fluid Topics’ marketing strategy.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing and working closely with the Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams, you will be taking an active part in the design and execution of our Content Strategy. Your mission will be to create the most valuable, actionable content for our target audiences.

And specifically, you will:

  • Gain and leverage extensive knowledge of our core business, the industries we serve and their demands
  • Participate to the brand strategy and messaging
  • Team up with the Product Marketing Manager in the organization, creation and publishing of marketing content for our global markets
  • Create and proofread a variety of content pieces, from blog articles, guides and white papers to webinars, podcasts, and customer success stories
  • Support with the development of marketing projects and campaigns to reinforce demand and generate leads
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and aligned with our brand identity
  • Collaborate with industry subject matter experts and partners to expand content creation
  • Analyze content performance and come up with creative ideas to improve our existing content and find gaps in our content production

Preferred experience and skills:

  • Native English skills
  • At least 3 years of work experience in content creation
  • Previous experience in the B2B SaaS industry on an international level or as a journalist with a focus on IT and Business
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Experience with social media engagement strategies and best practices
