Your mission

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will design and execute Fluid Topics’ field marketing roadmap, from flagship industry conferences in technical communication and knowledge management, to local roadshows, partner events, user groups, and webinars.

You’ll be the engine behind our presence in the field: ensuring every event is purposeful, well-executed, and clearly tied to pipeline and revenue.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own Fluid Topics’ European and US events calendar end-to-end
  • Plan and execute 10+ events per year, with clear pipeline contribution
  • Manage all event operations: booth production, logistics, shipping, swag, catering and design assets
  • Build and execute pre-event, live-event and post-event playbooks to maximize engagement follow up:
    • Define clear objectives and target audience for each event (logo acquisition, expansion, C-level advocacy, partners, etc.)
    • Design event and webinar campaigns email, SDR sequences, social, 1:1 outreach that support attendance and engagement of prospects
    • Define booth strategy and design, brand visibility, speaking slots, and onsite execution (staffing plan, demo set up) in close partnership with Sales and executive speakers
    • Partner with SDRs and Sales teams to drive meeting bookings before and after events
    • Own lead capture, routing, and handoff through our CRM and marketing stack
    • Track pipeline influence, ROI, and performance, continuously optimizing execution
  • Attend and support most on-site events in Europe, and occasionally in the US
  • Organize webinars end-to-end: coordinate presentation with speakers, manage communication and campaigns, organize follow-up with SDRs and Sales
  • Work with Content Marketing to repurpose event and webinar content (recaps, blog posts, quotes, customer stories) for Sales and Marketing use
  • Support partner co-marketing initiatives, joint events, and speaking opportunities
  • As a secondary scope, support internal events such as company kick-offs and offsites

What your bring

You thrive in fast-paced, scale-up environments and are energized by ownership, autonomy, and measurable impact. You’re as comfortable defining strategy as you are rolling up your sleeves onsite. You’re organized, proactive, and known for making things happen.
