Your mission

As an SDR, you’ll be the first voice potential customers hear—whether they come to us or we reach out to them. You’ll qualify leads, spark interest, and tee up high-quality conversations for our sales team.

What you’ll be doing

  • Inbound Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website forms, and events
  • Quickly assess prospect needs and determine fit
  • Schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead handoff and conversion
  • Outbound Responsibilities:
  • Identify and research high-potential target accounts
  • Conduct cold outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Personalize messaging to engage decision-makers
  • Track and optimize outreach strategies to hit KPIs

What your bring

  • 1–2 years in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (SaaS or Content Delivery Technologies experience is a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with a love for learning
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo)
  • Bonus: Interest in content delivery, cloud infrastructure, or web performance
