Fluid Topics Reimagines Its Website For a New Era
Lyon, October 6, 2025 – We’re excited to announce the launch of our newly redesigned website! With a clean, modern design and improved navigation, the new site makes it easier for our visitors to find exactly what they need while better reflecting who we are as a company.
What’s the story behind the revamp?
This isn’t about changing who we are. Our logo and identity stay intact, though our color palette has grown. What’s new is a fully refreshed website, a modern, more engaging way to connect with our audiences, and position ourselves for the future.
Since our beginnings, we’ve been known as a Content Delivery Platform (CDP), a name that has been central to our story. As our product and customer needs have evolved, we’ve recognized the importance of focusing on our distinctive strength: product knowledge. In fact, years of expertise in search and complex content optimization give us the edge to do more than deliver content – we make your product knowledge AI-ready, turning it into information people and AI systems can act on.
That’s why we now define ourselves as:
→ The Product Knowledge Platform For People and AI
With AI changing the way knowledge is accessed and applied, this evolution is essential (and yes, our Product Knowledge team might say they called it years ago!)
Even as we embrace this evolution, content delivery remains a core focus for our tech writing audience, where CDP continues to be a trusted and familiar term.
What do we hope to achieve with this revamp?
Clarity: Communicate our positioning as the Product Knowledge Platform for People and AI.
Accessibility: Deliver a better, multilingual experience to all audiences, with a special focus on our growing German-speaking community.
Visibility: Streamline discovery of product knowledge and AI insights with redesigned content that’s easier to access for new search behaviors.
Who was involved in this project?
The redesign of our website was made possible through the joint efforts of Fluid Topics’ Marketing and Design teams, with the full support and vision of our CEO, Fabrice Lacroix.
A special mention goes to Robert Bredlau, our VP Sales, who played a key role in shaping the German section of the site to better reflect the needs of our customers and strengthen our position in that market.
It required us to completely rethink how we present ourselves to the world and it’s thanks to the creativity, dedication, and collaboration of the entire team that this milestone was made possible.
What’s Next?
The future is full of possibilities — and we’re ready to explore them together with you.
Every day, we’re working behind the scenes to make the Fluid Topics experience smarter, more intuitive, and more helpful. Our chatbot is learning and improving with each update, ready to guide you more effectively than ever. At the same time, our demo library is growing with new videos, giving you a front-row seat to see the platform in action and discover new ways to use it at your own pace. And for our German audience, we’re crafting content that speaks directly to your needs, making the platform even more accessible and valuable.
