Linux System Administrator

We’re looking for a Linux system administrator to join our SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) team. As a System Administrator, you’ll be working in an ISO 27001-certified company specializing in the production of SaaS software, helping to manage and optimize our system infrastructure.

Required Skills

• Advanced Linux system administration (BAC+4 or RNCP 6 minimum).
• Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes and AWS (Amazon Web Services).
• Knowledge of performance, availability and security constraints in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to maintain and update systems and applications.
• Ability to resolve infrastructure and performance-related problems.
• Scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the daily maintenance of machines and servers.
• Monitor and resolve performance, availability and security problems.
• Update systems and applications using best practice.
• Automate recurring tasks to improve operational efficiency.
• Work with the other members of the SRE team (currently comprising 4 people) to optimize the infrastructure.
• Participate in the implementation of new technical solutions.

About the role and the working environment

• Level of experience required: from beginner to 5 years maximum.
• Competitive remuneration: between €30,000 and €40,000 per annum, depending on experience and skills.
• Position based in Lambesc near Aix en Provence or Lyon (possibility of remote work 4 days a week).
• ISO 27001-certified company, with stringent requirements in terms of performance, availability and security.
