Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our dynamic Product Team. As a Product Owner, you will collaborate closely with fellow Product Owners and UX Designers to shape and enhance our content ingestion and processing capabilities.

Your technical skills and interest in various documentation formats (such as DITA, Markdown, Proprietary formats) will help us deliver high-quality solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
• Lead and manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to release, using Agile methodologies.
• Create and maintain product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to effectively communicate requirements to the development team.
• Work closely with UX Designers to develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the content ingestion and processing experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, test, and customer support, to ensure successful product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Technical background with an understanding of content ingestion and processing technologies.
• Familiarity with documentation formats, such as DITA, Markdown, and Proprietary formats, and with documentation workflows is a plus.
• Proven experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
• Fluency in English.
