Your Role

You will join the Product Knowledge team, responsible for creating, managing, and delivering resources for acquiring knowledge and skills related to Fluid Topics. This includes reference documentation, knowledge base, and high-quality instructional and training materials. As Fluid Topics continues to grow and succeed, we are planning to expand our team by adding a talented Video Content Creator.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to conceptualize and storyboard video content.
  • Create, edit and refine raw footage to create polished, engaging videos that meet brand standards.
  • Utilize editing tools and software to enhance visual quality and storytelling.
  • Maintain a library of video assets using a fast-paced and efficient process ensuring all materials are consistently updated in alignment with the product releases.
  • Ensure all video content is optimized for various devices and platforms, AI-ready and SEOfriendly.
  • Analyze video performance and gather feedback to identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to continuously innovate and improve production quality

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in video production and editing, preferably within a software vendor, a creative agency, or similar environment.
  • A master’s degree in film production, digital media, communication, or equivalent.
  • Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
  • Exceptional visual storytelling and editing skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Strong interest in AI-related subjects.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly creative.
  • Deep understanding of audience engagement strategies.
